  • Friday - April 4

    4:00 PM – Welcome & Check-In

    Upon arrival, unwind with a welcome beverage and receive a gift to kick off the weekend.

    7:30-8:30 PM – Welcome Reception

    With a friendly icebreaker—connect with fellow guests, dive into mindful journaling, and practice simple yoga poses with Greenhouse Yoga to help promote deep rest. Learn about the power of sleep tinctures and cannabis for wellness through an informative session with Calyx Dispensary, complete with samples. Enjoy a selection of light, healthy appetizers and refreshing beverages.

  • 7:00-7:45 AM – Breakfast

    Start your day with a breakfast that will fuel you for all the activities ahead.  

    8:00-9:00 AM – Power Flow Yoga with Greenhouse Yoga

    Energize your morning with an invigorating Power Flow Yoga session, led by the team from Greenhouse Yoga. Known for their dynamic approach, this session will focus on strength and flexibility to leave you feeling refreshed and centered. 

    10:15 AM – Mindful Hiking with Lisa Howard

    Join Lisa Howard for a 90-minute guided hike through the Laurel Hill Reservation to the picturesque Ice Glen, just minutes from the Inn. Lisa’s guidance brings an added layer of mindfulness to the hike, helping you connect with nature and bring a sense of calm to your spirit. (Sturdy, closed-toe shoes required—no sandals or flip-flops).  

    1:00 PM – Lunch

    After a morning of activity, enjoy a light, wholesome lunch designed to replenish and refresh you for the afternoon ahead. 

    3:00 PM – Afternoon at the Inn

    Relax and enjoy the many amenities of the historic Inn. Whether you're unwinding in the heated pool and hot tub or exploring the cozy corners of the Inn, this is your time to rest, reflect, and recharge. 

    5:30 PM – Dinner & Social Hour

    Enjoy a delicious dinner, followed by a relaxing social hour. Sip mocktails, enjoy tea, and nibble on light bites as you connect with others and unwind.

    7:30-9:00 PM – Yoga & Sound Bath

    End the day with a peaceful Yin, Restorative, or Nidra Yoga session, followed by a tranquil Sound Bath. Let the calming effects of both practices leave you feeling centered, deeply relaxed, and ready for a restful sleep. 

  • 7:30 AM – Sendoff Breakfast

    Enjoy breakfast before heading home or continuing your weekend adventure. 

    8:00-9:00 AM – Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation

    End your weekend with a restorative yoga session and guided meditation led by Greenhouse Yoga, designed to calm the mind and release tension. Mend Spa, located in Great Barrington and on our fourth floor, will be there with a pop-up shop featuring their zero-waste, sustainable spa products, including oils, candles, and other bestsellers.
