Nancy Fitzpatrick is a second-generation hotelier whose family has owned the Red Lion Inn since 1968. For the last 15 years, she has overseen a hospitality business that includes The Red Lion, Jacks Grill, Elm Street Market, and the 50-room Porches Inn at MASS MoCA in North Adams, Massachusetts.

In addition to her roles at The Red Lion and Porches, Nancy is vice chairman of The Fitzpatrick Companies, parent company of Country Curtains and Housatonic Curtain Company; a partner in Evviva (a women's apparel boutique in Lenox, Mass.); President and Owner of Fuchsia Inc., a designer and manufacturer of home furnishings made from recycled clothing; and a trustee of the High Meadow Foundation, the family's private philanthropic foundation.

Ms. Fitzpatrick currently serves on several boards, including the Boston Symphony Orchestra, MASS MoCA Foundation, and Berkshire Natural Resources Council. She is a former Peace Corps Volunteer and graduated from Smith College.

She is married to photographer Lincoln Russell, and has a son, Casey Meade Rothstein-Fitzpatrick and three stepchildren. They are Morgan Russell, Michael Rothstein and Sarah Elsom Eustis. Sarah is married to Timothy Eustis and has 2 sons, Henry (4 years old) and Frederick (1 year old).
