Bloody Mary

Ingredients

1 oz.              Vodka

¾ cup           Tomato Juice

2 dashes      Fresh Lemon Juice

4 dashes      Worcestershire Sauce

2-3 drops     Tobasco Sauce

2 dashes      Salt

2 dashes      Black Pepper¼ tsp.           Horseradish (optional)

                      Fresh celery stalk, for garnish

                      Lime Wedge, for garnish

Procedure:

Combine fir first eight ingredients in a hurricane glass and

stir well. Garnish with the celery stalk and lime wedge.

Serves 1

Hot Spiced Cider

The Red Lion Inn

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz.          Spiced Rum

1                    Orange Peel

1                    Cinnamon Stick, 1 ½ inches long

2                    Whole Cloves

6 oz.              Apple Cider, heated

                      Ground Nutmeg

Procedure:

Pour all of the ingredients, except the nutmeg, into a heated mug.

Let steep for 3 minutes and then stir. Sprinkle with the nutmeg.

Serves 1
