With the help of Chef Brian Alberg we decided to bottle our most popular salad dressing and marinade, Maple Dijon Vinaigrette. A long time favorite in our dining room, it's now available for sale in the Gift Shop. While we were feeling creative, we repackaged our delicious jams and even added a new flavor.
